Dum Dum Girls - Bhang Bhang

Dum Dum Girls are a badass band. I got to see them open up for Girls in April earlier this year. They blew me away and completely stole the show from the headliners. Here is the new video for 'Bhang Bhang (I'm a Burnout)'. It's my favorite track off their album 'I Will Be'.  Throwback city!!!

Vampire Weekend Fall Tour w/ Beach House & Dum Dum Girls

My dreams have come true. Two of the best performances of live music I have seen this year, have been by Dum Dum Girls and Beach House. Guess who is one of the bands I have been dieing to see, but have yet to make it to a show...Vampire Weekend. And now, all 3 of them are playing the same fucking show! Wow, this is going to be a hard ticket to come by... but this is a must see show. All 3 acts are just on the tops of my favorites list. They will be making their way to Boston with a stop at the Bank of America Pav, as well as a 3 night stand at Radio City in New York. Here are all the rest of the dates:

Dum Dum Girls 'I Will Be'

The Dum Dum Girls are a indie pop rock group out of LA made up mostly of Kristin Gundred but she has added friends to bring her material to the stage. They have a bunch of tape compliations, but their debut LP  is due out at the end of march via Subpop records. The album leaked on the internet yesterday, and I must say that it's a little more polished then their older lo-fi stuff
